Hello there. It sounds like you may have a S190-540 coil spring. Take a look to see if this is correct. This coil is designed to work with the 15-180 coil balance shoe. Although it looks a little different than the shoe you are showing us, we believe this may still work for you. Review the measurements of this part and let us know what you think.
