Here is a picture of the pivot lock shoe I need. I will need 20 of them. The pictures you have for the open and closed shoe are the same picture so it is hare to tell which one to order. Thank you

What you have here is an open cam shoe. That would mean our 15-195B is my recommendation. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

After I looked at it online again I realized what the open and closed meant. At first I though it was the position of the cam (horizontal or vertical). Thanks for getting back to me. Once I hear back from my client I will place the order. Every window in her new home, this part is broken on both sides of the windows.
