Part number Identification for double hung windows

I have attached the pictures of a same window, showing upper and lower portion. The circled pictures show the closeups of the parts I need to be identified to order. Please advise. Thanks.

This hardware you are showing us comes from a Metal industries tilt window. Look at the detailed list of the parts you will need to replace the coil balance system on this page. Our Series 190 coil springs are used with these parts. In order to choose the correct one, we will need for you to get back to us with the stamped number on the end of the coil.
