Part on window at the top of channel

One of these is broken (the top part is broken off). So when I replaced the channel balances, put the window back in, and then pulled the window down, the channel balance on the side where this part is broken did not slide down with the window (it just stayed in place under the clip). The other side slide down with the window.

Oh yeah, and the part is about 1 1/2" long, and 5/8" wide.

It's tough to say while the top sash guide is still installed in the window, but it looks close to our 18-188 guide. Take a look and see what you think. I'd strongly recommend removing your part and double checking the dimensions before making your purchase. Thank you!
