Channel Balance ID

Question

Which part do I need to replace this. It's a non-tilt window. Length of metal part is 27" width is 1/2". It has 26 3 FN Caldwell stamped on it. Thanks

Thanks for writing in. This looks like either an S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2630.
