It appears that your pivot shoe would be a match to our 15-202, as long as the dimensions are the same as what we show on our product page. The nylon coil spring housing is our 15-086. The coil springs will be our Series 180

You will also need to remove your old spring balance system and read the spring weight code on the old springs to choose the correct strength option. For your pivot bar, take a look at our 26-356. Thanks for posting!
