Part replacement

Question

Have no idea who made the windows. Customer is looking to see if we can replace these or do the windows need to be placed. 22" ones have been replaced before with 21"

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid this balance is too damaged to identify. In order to help, I will need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window along with any attachments that go with it. I'd also like to see the stamp printed on the metal channel.

Can you also confirm the visible glass height for the sash? I just want to confirm the proper length for your replacements.
