Part replacement

We are having issues with the springs constantly jumping past the window and losing the connection. So the windows don't open. We have reset them several times. Thinking a replacement may be needed but can't figure out the exact part to order.

If the balances are jumping up past the window sash, you may have broken top sash guides. Please review the video below for more information.

We would need to see the sash guides on the top sides of the sash to confirm the style you have.

We can also provide replacements for the balances shown, but this may not be necessary if it is the guides that are the issue.
