Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you show us an up-close photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Yes, thank you! Based on the photos you've shown us, I recommend the S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance with the 3260 stamp option. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below.

There is a string that extends from the pulley but I don't see it in the replacement part? Thanks

Our balances also have a pulley cord/string that's connected to a hook.
