Part replacement

I am familiar with this balance, but we unfortunately can't provide an exact replacement. The balance assembly as a whole is not available to us. We only sell the shoe, which is our 15-272.

We may be able to offer an alternative assembly that can work in the same capacity, though. If that's something that interests you, I'll need a bit more data.

To start, can you please verify the length of the metal channel and the exact weight of the sash?

Can you also show me a picture of the hole in the window track where that hook installs?

Finally, how many did you need altogether?
