Part replacement

Hello,
It is for 1994 ALCOA plastic frame vertical slide window.
I am looking for replacement of white plastic clip which is pushed in into square cutout. The upper end of 5/8 diameter spiral balance is screwed into it.
Size of that clip is 0.28x0.28x0.37 with 1/8 hole diameter.
