The first and last picture is the tilt sash latch, the 2nd and 3rd is the leg that goes into the shoe located at the bottom of the operable window sash.

Your tilt latch has a similar design to a few different latches we have. To narrow down the right replacements, I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes, from hole center to hole center.

In regard to the part you are referring to as the leg, this is the pivot bar. To confirm the right replacement, I'll need to see a photo of it removed from the bottom of the sash.
