I'm not too sure what you mean. The top fitting in your photos looks the same as the one used on the S380 and S385 balances. 

Yes, there should be two balances per window sash, and we always recommend replacing balances in pairs. Delivery will depend on the option you select at checkout since we have a few different choices. You will also be given estimated delivery dates at checkout.
