Hello Swisco team, appreciate some help identifying my channel balance parts.
The data not in the pics - the metal casing is 28.75 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and has the writing 28 3 Caldwell GB on the side.
Hoping you can help me id the correct parts. Additionally, i have 1 broken part in a couple windows, wondering if its best practice to replace both to be safe. Advice welcome.
Thank you in advance for any help, more pics available if necessary.

Hi Mark. Could you confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments? It should be 29" long; at any rate, a balance ending in X-3/4" length would be really unusual. Many thanks.

Thanks Bob. Had the 1-1/8 option so went with the s390 / 2830 part. I appreciate your feedback, thank you.

Progress...but....
So I installed my newly acquired Swisco balances and installed them by the book. Unfortunately, I can't get the window to drop all the way and lock - see pic. I took the balencers out and tried the window and still no luck, wont drop the extra half inch or so to allow the locks to catch.
No dirt, no obstructions from what I can see on the window frame or window itself. Do you have any ideas what might be the issue on this one? I would appreciate any help you might throw my way.
Thanks in advance.

Perhaps I can be of assistance. Did you check the interlock between the top and bottom sash for any obstruction or a bent metal lip that might prevent the sashes to mesh?
