Part that attaches the window to the slider in the frame

I am looking for two of these replacement parts as ours both fractured in our window so it no longer stays up

Hello!

Take a look at the 15-087 pivot shoe, which appears to be what you show here. I'm afraid the pivot bar is too damaged to ID, so we'll need to see photos of an undamaged version removed from the window sash.
