Part that catches on window balance.

Question

I have a vertical sliding window and the balance broke. I replaced both. When testing, I noticed one side catches the balance but the other does not. When sliding up, the balance doesn't move.

I realized the plastic piece that is attached to the window that catches onto the balance is broken.

I am not sure what this part is called and can not figure out what to order. Any help is great

Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe the part you're referring to is called a top sash guide. Can you remove an undamaged version from the window and show us angles of the front and side of the guide? That will help us determine if we have something comparable in our inventory. Written-out dimensions would be helpful as well.
