Part that fits inside a pivot shoe

Hi, I'm looking for the bottom metal posts (2) that attach to the bottom of the window itself (1 screw on each side would remove piece). These are the metal pieces that fit inside the pivot shoes on both sides of the window. Both of mine have rusted out/off. Thanks, Joe Anderson c- 810-355-5219
