Part that screws into side of window

I need the part in this photo.  It screws into the side of the window with the flat part covering the top corner of the window.  Only one side is broken on the window, so I just need one piece as shown.  This piece holds the channel balance in place

This part is known as a top sash guide. We don't have an exact match for yours, but it looks very similar to our 18-199. I recommend reviewing the dimensions we show on its store page to confirm that they all line up. If they do, then this should absolutely work for you. It can also be painted black.
