Please help, the item fastens to the top of the window. I did not find it in your on line catalog.

We may be able to replace this. Before we make a recommendation, can you tell me the distance from the top of the guide to the center of the screw hole?

The top of the guide to the C/L on the mounting hole is 1&1/16?.
The overall height of the guide is 1&3/4?.

I also identified the installer.
The window is located in Ft Myers, Fl , at the Paseo Development,.
Stock was the developer.
The window installer was Creative Door &Millwork located in Ft Myers & Naples Fl.
The building is approx 10 yrs. old.
