Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on your description of the issue, it sounds like the gears are stripped out. That kind of damage can't be repaired, unfortunately, so an entirely new operator may be necessary to get your window working again.

Before we go any further, I will need photos to identify what you have. That will allow me to verify the issue at hand and identify a good replacement. I'd like to see a clear shot of the entire operator, ideally removed from the window ahead of time. If that's not possible I at least need to see as much of the mechanism as possible, with the window open. Thank you!
