Can I just buy the string for 26' series 385 channel balance or I have to buy the whole channel balance? Thank you

This is a very common question. Obviously, who wouldn't want to repair their balance? It's a misguided idea, though. It's not safe to try to restring balances with such strong springs; we have to recommend replacing the whole channel.
