I am missing the part on the left ( missing in picture ) . I included one that is installed and working . Also included a pic of the thing in the middle that says GA . My home was built between 10 to 12 years ago .

See our 90-005 to start. Compare its dimensions to your old sash lock and see if you think it matches up.

It is not the sash lock that is missing . I only included it to show the manufacturer . It is the piece on the left edge of the window .

Fair play. In that case, see our 26-344 Tilt Latch pair. This has been used to replace tilt latches like yours used on GA windows in the past. Just review the dimensions we list to ensure it matches what you need.

Does 26-344 come in beige ? Do you know the spread on the screws?

The hole spacing on the 26-344 is 2", center-to-center. See the image below for reference. I am afraid this tilt latch pair only comes in one finish. Apologies for any inconvenience.
