Hi there i live in Plainfield IN 46168. I have about 12 windows that were installed sometime around 2010. Sold by Unique home solutions (IN), built by Soft lite Windows (OH) ( SL-1) A-L-I Validator, Series: Classic DH10R, Type Double Hung. I am looking for parts to hold the windows in as the sashes?? broke.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 180 Coil Balances. Take a look and please let me know if you have any other questions.
