We own 75 year old aluminum storm windows, they are in great shape, just need fixing the frames and parts that lock then into place.

These parts aren't available, I'm afraid. Your best bet is try a local hardware store that repairs windows. Many of them salvage parts from windows to use later in other repairs. You may get lucky. SWISCO is an online vendor of parts, but we do not service windows.
