A quick learner from NJ says:
I couldn't find any markings on the part or window. I think the window is 20-21 pounds based on my weight with and without holding the window. I would need 3 left and 3 right although they looked identical.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which is compatible with our Series 190 Coil Springs. So long as your window definitely weighs between 20 through 21 lbs, I think going with a pair of S190-540 5 lb coil springs on either side of the window sash (for 10 lbs of support on either side, equaling 20 lbs of support total) should work--generally with coil springs, + or - 1 lb is acceptable. If you need new housing, see our 15-181 and 15-182.
