I need this part for the left hand window even though the picture is on the right can't open the left because it is broken this part is on the top of my Truth casement window

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 36-048 hinge set to yours. Note that the set comes with a hinge for the top and bottom of the sash, which should be replaced at the same time. Thanks for posting!
