Hello,

Attached is a channel balance for our PGT SH-4000 single hung window that I need to replace as well as the Top Sash Guide that needs to be replaced. Please let me know what part numbers so I can order them.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

As for the top sash guide, we don't have an exact match but our 18-015 is similar. I cannot guarantee that it will work due to the differences in its design but I don't believe we have anything closer.
