Parts

Question

I'm looking for parts, balancers, seals, locks etc. I can't find a mane anywhere on the windows. The only markings I can see are in the pics I sent. They are double pane window made of wood. The house was built in 2000. The tilt latch is about 2 1/2 x 5/8. Thank you

We'd be happy to help with the other parts in your photos but we will need to see the balances, seals, and tilt latch removed from the window. In regards to the seals, we specifically need to see a clear photo of the undamaged end profile.
