I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 38-056 to your casement lock. As for the operator, we may be able to supply a replacement but we would need to see your assembly removed from the window to compare to our selection. 

Unforutnately, we do not have a record of the screen size used for your window. You would need to contact Andersen directly for this information. Thank you.
