Parts needed for Norandex windows

Have some older Norandex windows. Hoping you can help me with the following: Double hung...bottom sash. I believe these windows were manufactured for norandex by Traci.

Weather strip on bottom of sash. Single 3/16" plastic T.... Bulb height is 3/8." Need white color.

Tube type spiral spring. 9/16" diameter...27" long. Old spring is orange tipped. Sash weighs 32 lbs.

Clips inside jamb that lift spring locks into. Jamb clips are 1 1/4" x 2" x 17/32"

Latch clips, which holds the sash into the jamb.... 2 5/8" x 11/16 x 27/16 thick.

All the windows need work...so once I figure out your process we'll have more orders.

Everything you sent me matches up with my needs...however, I need both left and right of the 15-015..Is there a number?

Also need the number for the jamb spreading tool.

Is there an order form or do I call this in???
