Hello,

I have two sizes to identify.

1. Caldwell 32 5 DN 33" long (metal only)

2. Caldwell 17 3 BN 18" long (metal only)

Both sizes have identical foot and hook.

Hello, thank you for posting,

We can supply replacements for your balances, but to further review, we will need to see a picture of the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley system. From there we can narrow down the series needed for your window. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional picture,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You will need a 18" balance with a 1730 stamp option. The other metal channel should measure 33" long with a 3250 stamp option. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.
