I have the following window but do not have the tracks/hinges was wondering if based off the sticker on the window you were able to assist me

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but unfortunately, the label does not tell us the hardware the window uses. Is there an identical window in the house with intact hinges you could show us? That would help us narrow down your options.

We don't sell an exact match for this operator. However, the 39-392 is similar and our best option. Though we can't promise it will work for you, take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly. Thank you!
