Question

Hi, would you be able to reference these parts I need to order? I could not find them on your comprehensive website. See attached photos.

1) Tilt latch clip 1 1/4 wide by 1 1/2 - 2’ long

2) blue plug

Hello,

Unfortunately, these top tilt latches have been discontinued, and the manufacturer offered no replacement. We suggest removing the old tilt latch, reinstalling the top side corner screw to keep the sash together, and installing top-mounted tilt latches like the 26-193 and 26-194 with #6 pan head screws like the 33-089. Just be careful not to drill into the glass.

As for the blue cam, that came out of the pivot shoe. The 15-015 has a similar cam, but you'll need to confirm if the specifications below match an intact pivot shoe from one of your windows. If so, you'll need to remove the old pivot shoe and install a new one. Review the related media guides on this page to assist you. Thanks for posting!
