Replacement Thermal Gard pivot shoes

Need the part in the attached pictures, apparently there is a spring I need to but unfortunately I do not have a picture of that. This is for a Thermal Gard window and I have the model at home but forgot to bring it but can provide that later if that will help. The demensions on this part are 1 1/4" x 2 1/16". Thank you, Kris

Sorry forgot to tell you what the part does...this is what slides up and down the side rail. Then it allows the windod to tilt in for cleaning of the outside from the inside. So the inside red circle with the notch in it rotates to allow the tilting of the window. The last time I tilted the window this part got stuck and would not turn back to allow the window to be put back into place. Hope that helps. Thanks again, Kris
