Question

Locks to allow window to stay up and to lean down. The other part is to the bottom of the window to looks like it closes up the bottom so water won't leak in or air to the inside.

This is similar in design to our 26-384, but I'm not sure what your dimensions are. Look over our measurements and let us know if this matches up.
