Good morning Swisco!

I fixed the balances myself and installed them in the windows, but I realized that I need the top plastic pieces and felt too. I am attaching pictures to see if you can help me.

I'm afraid we've been having trouble identifying this top sash guide. Can you give me its dimensions? That would be a huge help. We will also need measurements for your wool pile, as well, specifically its width and height.

Tom, I bought 12 balances from your company like two weeks ago, (12) S390-31 : 31" Series 390 Channel Balance. Maybe with this information you can help me figure out which hash guide do I need.

Maybe with the pictures and the balance dimensions you can help get the right wool pile as well.

I'm afraid knowing the balance does not tell us what top sash guide is used. The S390-31 is compatible with many, many different top sash guides. In order to find the best match, we'll need the dimensions of yours. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.

The same goes for the wool pile; there's no correlation between the balance used and the type of wool pile used in the same window. In order to find a match, we'll need measurements. You can see our selection of wool pile here.

The dimensions for the top hash are 5/8" x 1-3/4"
