Hi,

I am trying to determine which parts to order. I took the photo from the working windows. I just need coils at the moment. I also saw the number, '5' and letter 'E' written on it.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. The pivot shoe appears to be an older version of the 15-180. The Series 190 are the compatible springs. Since yours is stamped with the number 5, see the S190-540 5-pound spring.
