On both the left and right side of this window, the metal pieces that secure the bottom of the window are damaged. In one photo, you can see the piece is clearly broken and part is missing.

Your broken coil balance shoe looks like our, 15-175. This is typically used with our Series 152 coil spring. If you need to replace the coil balance as well as the shoe, please look for a number that is stamped on or etched into your coil. That number will indicate the how many pounds the coil balance can carry.
