Parts Needed

A handy person from 01029 East Otis MA says:

I believe the windows are Kohltech DP50. They were purchased in 2011. I am looking to get the part that is circled (or a few of them) as well as some new locks (the part that is not circled).

I am also looking for any help on how to adjust the locking mechanism as they are too hard to lock and are bending the forks on the locking mechanism. I appreciate any help you can give.

Thank You

Troy

Hi, Troy.

Your lock resembles something like our 38-095, 38-096, 38-138 and 38-139. As for the plate, see our 38-158. Look over the dimensions for each of these parts and compare them to yours, especially the projection of the fork, to see if one them matches up to your old hardware. These types of locks can't be adjusted, I'm afraid.
