I was referred to you by Gem Ply Manufacturing for some parts you may have.
They said that they had sold you All there Parts Inventory for their "casement" windows .
My late 60s house has all its Original MW roll out casement windows in great condition, but several of the metal crank mechanisms are simply worn out.
Who would I speak to about your Inventory and whether we can match up some crank mechanisms?
Thanks in advance for referring me to the correct representative.

I'm not sure why the window manufacturer indicated that we carry this operator but, unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the assembly shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
