Parts Needed: Several.

Question

Hello: I have several parts to order...multiple windows need multiple parts.

The first photo is a metallic roll up spring (balancer)

The second photo is a simple locking mechanism for tilting the windows out to clean.

The third and fourth photos are of the gap, where the spring rolls up and the molding that hides that gap. I'm gassing the molding may not be available, and I'll have to wing that one, but if you have them, I'll take several.

I have a list of the quantities needed, but it's not handy. I will upload to my phone tonight as I'm going by that house.

These items are for a house flip for my client. I am Scott from Peninsula Glass in Port Hadlock, WA.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the right replacements for your balance assemblies. Although, I will need to see the assembly removed from the window, to review its details, to be able to properly identify the replacements you need. You'll also need to have them removed to compare the dimensions.

Your tilt latches look like they could be replaced with the 26-244 Tilt Window Latch; the opposite handed version if the 26-243. I would suggest double checking the dimensions to confirm that this will be a fit.
