Parts Needed for a window

Question

Hello - I have tried to mark out the parts needed. Where I need 2 pieces, I labled. Can you kindly give me pricing. Please note. Where I indicate bottom of window, that piece is what goes into the balancer it runs the full length of the window bottom. The metal piece that goes into the balancer, broke off.

We'd be happy to look into this but we would need to see undamaged versions of your tilt latch, balance assembly and pivot bar fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Please include photos of the bottom and sides of the tilt latch, along with written-out dimensions.

Also, it looks like your second photo shows a pulley cord and metal clip from a channel balance, while the third photo looks like a coil balance. Assuming that these are from two different windows, we would need to see both assemblies uninstalled to compare to our inventory.

Please note that, unfortunately, we would not be able to replace the broken part of the sash frame shown in your last photo that would be specific to the window manufacturer. We will relate a few videos on this page to assist you through the repair process. Thank you!
