Parts do not match

It looks like you bought both a lock and an operator cover for a casement window. I can see the parts you purchased easily enough, but I can't see the parts you had originally. In order to help, I need you to remove the original parts from the window and show me clear pictures of them separately and without obstruction. That will allow us to determine if we have anything that matches.

Thank you. The operator cover/handle combo looks like a match for our 39-375. I'm afraid we don't have a lock exactly like what you show in these photos. I don't think this is something that we can supply. Our 38-208 is similar, but it's different enough that I can't say for sure if it will work.
