Parts for 1997-1998 Semco Double Hung Windows, different sizes

Home Owner from Elmhurst Twp, PA
Hello, I have several Semco double hung windows in need of repair.  The knife lock shoes are broken and wedged in the jamb track.  Cords that attach the shoe to the balance are either broken or the balance has failed and they have no tension.  The jamb width is 3 5/8", the balance width is 3/8" .
One balance is 24" long and stamped  q24TG
One balance is 32" long and stamped p30TG
One balance is 34" long and stamped  32TG
The shoe is 1" across  x 1.5" tall.  The shoe pictured is a replacement that the manufacturer sent me years ago.  I have not removed any ot the jambs yet and the original shoes are a blue color but look similar with same knife lock
Do you think your replacement balances and shoes would fit my application?  Thank you

Hi there!

Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. We're happy to look into this. The shoe shown in your first photo resembles the 15-197 but we also have the 15-233. You mentioned the original shoes being blue, so we would like to see one removed from the window to confirm. We will also need you to remove the channel balance as well, so we can determine if it's ribbed or plain. Can you double-check the width of the metal channel, too, once it's removed from the window?

Additionally, we will need to know the exact weight of each window sash. The old stamps don't translate to our options, so the sash weights will allow us to determine the appropriate rating.
