I believe the part that I am looking for is called a balancer but I am not sure. These windows are vertical sliders and each window has a left and a right. They are spring loaded. 2 3/16" long and 11/16" wide. Can you help me?

We may be able to help, but I don't know what you have. Check out our selection of window balances and see if anything here matches your hardware. If not, I will need to see a few pictures of your balances removed from the window in order to find a better replacement.
