Hello! For the operators and handles, see our 39-188 and 39-187 as well as the 39-114L. For the tracks, those appear to be hinges. I recommend the 36-048; this pair should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.

Tom,

Thanks so much for your response; this information is excellent! What a great company; I will certainly place an order and will highly recommend your company to anyone that has hardware needs.

Is it also possible to purchase the necessary tools required to repair the operators and the tracks?

Thank you so much.

Regards,

Rosemary

You're very kind to say so, Rosemary, I appreciate it! That's especially nice to hear on a muggy Tuesday morning like today.

We don't carry any repair tools for this kind of hardware. In my experience, it's usually not possible to repair these parts with the way they wear out. That usually involves gears stripping out or rivets snapping, which are all pieces that are machine-assembled at the factory. In most cases of damage, total replacement of the individual part is required.

Hi Tom, thanks for responding. No I meant tools to remove the parts like the hinge but it's ok we are good.

I recently ordered the operators and handles,39-188 and 39-187 as well as the 39-114L; also the hinges 36-048. We ordered just a small quantity to ensure that they were what we needed.
We will be ordering a good number of them this month.

Do you know the size of the Rubber Seal for the same casement windows? We are going to need some of these.

Also, is there a discounted price when a large quantity is purchased? Thanks, Rosemary

Hello! Thank you very much for placing an order with us, it means a lot.

I'm not certain what weatherstripping was used on these windows off the top of my head; odds are it's generic. If you were to remove a small sample from the window and show us a clear shot of the end profile, I'm very confident that I could match it up. The video at the end of this post will show you what I mean.

We do offer discounts for larger quantities, yes. You can see a detailed price breakdown on each product's respective store page.

We're getting there, Rosemary. Can you just show me a slightly clearer picture of the end profile? I need to see exactly what the seal uses to mount to the window--it might be a kerf, or perhaps a T-base. From there I'll do my best to find a match for you.
