Parts for Kinco Windows

Question

Hi have some Kinco windows that I need parts for. I'd like to replace the balance tubes and the pivot shoes.

Window sash weighs 20 pounds.

The length of the tube portion of the balance is 28.5 inches.

The diameter of the balance tube is 3/8".

There is no color on the end of the tube.

Looks like the pivot shoe is 1/2"deep, 2" tall, 1" wide.

Would you please give me some recommendations?

Thanks for posting, Brad. If the diameter of the tube is 3/8", then I'd go with the S900-29 spiral balance. As for the shoe, it's hard to tell. Start by looking at our 15-173, but carefully go over our measurements just to confirm they match. Just eyeballing it, it looks similar to our 15-045, but this is only 3/8" thick to your 1/2".
