Parts for SEASON SHEID Windows

I'm looking for replacement window Channel Balances that are correct for the old ones that are labeled 28-3. The metal part of the channel balance is 29 inches long. I have attached pictures of the current ones. I also need Top Shash Giudes for windows which, I believe are model 18-029. Can you provide the correct Channel Balance to order and verify if the Topshash Guide is correct?

Thanks for posting! May I see a photo of the top sash guide you are looking to replace? I'm sorry to say I would not be able to confirm whether the 18-029 is the correct replacement based on the photo of the balance.

The channel balances can be replaced with either the S351-29 or the S390-29. You'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your shoe to determine which series is the correct replacement.

You can likely use the 2830 stamp option, but it may be a good idea to double check that you sash weight falls between 16 to 23lbs.
