Parts for Silverline (anderson offshoot) windows

Can you tell me if you sell replacements for the handle in the photo? It could be "both parts" which would be the mounting block AND the swivering handle/latch or just the swiveling handle/latch, which is an angled "L" shape.

If you do have these, are they metal or plastic (my windows include some of each and I hate the plastic ones) and what is the price for one? Also, any info on a possible quantity discount on either the part and/or shipping would be appreciated.

Thanks, that looks correct, and I'll double check the mounting hole distance. And to be certain, it looks to me like they are only available in white, not bisque/almond?
