Parts for Simonton 6500 series casement window

Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like you may be referring to the hinge but I'm not sure without a photo of the physical part in question. I know you said you can't open the window, but is there an identical window in the house? If so, we can use that as a reference. 

If you need the lock, we'll need to see a shot of it removed from the window to help narrow down some options. 

Thank you for the additional photos. We don't sell the black slider piece separately so you'll need a new hinge. I recommend you start by taking a look at the 36-048. Review the specifications and see if they match up. Note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

Unfortunately, we do not sell a replacement for the casement lock. I'm afraid we aren't sure who might. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
